We will start with a free 15-minute consultation over the phone. I will ask you to give me brief idea of what brings you to counselling; this is to make sure that I would be a good fit for your needs.
Book Appointment
If I am a right fit for you, we will book our first appointment. My hours of operation are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm and Sunday 1pm to 5pm.
1st Session!
Your first session is 1.5 hours and subsequent sessions are 50 minutes. In the first session, you can expect to go over some paperwork (like the consent form, some brief questionnaires).
Simply fill out the form, call, or email and we’ll reach out to you within 24 hours.
For emergencies call 911 or visit your nearest hospital.
