How many counselling sessions do I need?
8 to 10 sessions are the ideal however, I will work with clients on an individual basis. It is not a one size fit all.
What can I expect during a session?
The aim of every session is to identify the problem, find strategies on how to deal with them, and find solutions to get rid of these problems.
How does confidentiality work?
Clients privacy is strictly maintained and disclosures are made only where permitted or allowed.
Cancellation/reschedule policy?
A 24-hour cancelation notice is required to avoid penalty.
What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, eTransfer, Interact Debit & Credit Card payments.
What are your fees?
Fees start at $100/hour.
Do you prescribe medication if required?
I do not prescribe medication however, if it is necessary, a referral will be provided.
Are you available to talk outside your business hours?
Through special accommodation, I can be available outside of business hours.
